11. For acid-treated glass, avoid contact with oil stains before acid treatment, otherwise uneven acid treatment may occur, leading to localized shine. After acid treatment, thoroughly clean any remaining white powder inside and outside the glass.
12. For decal products, the decal must be applied flat, without slant or air bubbles. Generally, allow it to air dry naturally for 12 hours before baking. Small water droplets may remain after soaking the decal; these droplets can puncture the decal during baking, causing pinholes.
13. Product dimensions must meet requirements; the error should not be too large. If assembling lids or other components, pay extra attention to whether the internal diameter of the product meets assembly requirements.
14. Glass is fragile. During transportation and handling, products must be placed upright. Each product must be wrapped in paper and separated using egg cases to prevent collisions and breakage. Specific packaging methods depend on the product and order requirements, but one crucial point is that the packaging must prioritize safety to ensure the product is not broken during export and arrives safely at its destination.
15. During the inspection process, carefully check the product packaging method, labels and their contents, accompanying instructions, and the accuracy of the inner and outer box markings.
